• *The Road Hazard Warranty 

•       *Road Hazard protection plan cover: Tire fix flats free if is fixable or  $150 max per tire for a new tire replaced (When customers purchase the coverage )  if is not fixable from Bulges, injuries from punctures, cuts and snags, impact and bruises road hazard expire after 1 years from date of sale on dealer or when the tire is worn down to 2/32 tread depth.

• *Road Hazard Protection does not cover:

•       *Cut beads from improper installation or removal, flat spots, chain damages, fire, vandalism, mounting, balancing, weights, valve stems, tpmsensor, nitrogen, disposal, abuse neglect, bad spots, uneven tread wear, loss of time, incidental or consequential damage & taxes.

• *The Standard Limited Warranty

•       *is provided by tire manufacture, Tires are only warranted on manufacture defects and must be sent back to Buy Any Tires Depot to begin the process.

• This is a Third-party  inspection and Buy Any Tires Depot/Tireboom.com is not involved. If the Manufacture rules tire had no defects or signs of tread separation on the tire. It will be ruled as driver cased damages and there will be no warranty issued.

• Incase of damages which include but not limited to (puncture, hitting potholes, driving with low air, vandalism, etc..) Buy Any Tires Depot/Tireboom.com does not refunds money, replace or repair any tire.

• All Sales are Final.

• We reserve the right to issue refunds on individual bases.

• If customer makes a purchase and does not want the tire before pick up or delivery a refund may be issued on a case by case bases.

• If a customer receives product and wishes to return the product it will need to be brought to Any Tires Depot located on 1541 W Redlands Blvd Redlands, Ca 92373 in the condition it was received. With no signs ware or mount on the rim and with the special sticker from the manufacture.

• We do not guarantee used tires. 

• If a new tire is purchased with a warranty, but the tire distributors no longer carry that brand, the warranty will be honored and you will be given an alternative tire of equal value and durability. 

• Our delivery service could be from three hours to three days in some cases depending on the availability of the product.

• Customers are responsible for checking the torque on lug nuts after 25 miles of the service done by Buy Any Tires Depot.

• The warranty on new tires can be voided if the customer does not follow the rotation service record.

• For any mechanical work done there is a 30-day warranty. 

• We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of any valuables left in vehicles during service or over the night of any vehicles left on the property. 

• If any work is done on a vehicle and not picked up on scheduled time we will begin to charge storage fees and after 30 days a lean sale will be done to pay fees for that vehicle.

• We are not responsible for damage done to the rims, lug nuts, or TPMS sensors.

• We reserve the right to refuse service.

• There is a 3.5% transaction fee for using debit or credit card.
